goscaled inc. provides outsourcing services to clients in various industries. Our services include but are not limited to: outsourcing services, process optimization services, implementation services. The scope of our services and fees will be determined by a separate agreement between goscaled inc. and the client.
2. Payment
​​Clients are required to pay for the services provided by goscaled inc. according to the agreed upon fee schedule, specified in the invoice provided to the client. Payments must be made in the manner and on the date specified in the agreement between goscaled inc. and the client.
3. Confidentiality
goscaled inc. acknowledges that, in the course of performing its services, it may have access to confidential information belonging to the client. goscaled inc. agrees to hold all such information in strict confidence and not to disclose or use such information except as required by law or with the client's written permission.
4. Warranties
goscaled inc. warrants that it will provide its services in a professional and workmanlike manner. goscaled inc. makes no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall goscaled inc. be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided by goscaled inc., including without limitation, lost profits or business opportunities, even if goscaled inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Florida, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
goscaled inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace any part of this Agreement. It is your responsibility to check this Agreement periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website or services following the posting of any changes to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.
8. Termination
goscaled inc. may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and deny access to the website or services to any user who violates this Agreement.
9. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between goscaled inc. and you in relation to the use of the website and services and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
